The magazine Domus published an article by journalist Francesca Grillo on Casa Caleido, the home of the creativo duo Barbieri Magalini, fondatori di MM Company.
“In Verona, the new, eclectic face of an Art Nouveau flat. Manuel Barbieri and Marco Magalini have renovated an Art Nouveau flat in Verona, turning it into their retreat. It is a house-manifesto of 140 square metres in which there are volumes with international architectural and stylistic references: they range from Brazilian modernist rationalism and the brutalism of Lina Bo Bardi, Jorge Zalszupin and Oscar Niemeyer to Moroccan geometries and materiality, a tribute to the couple’s place of adoption”.
